What we do

haidhunt automates headhunting. Companies reliably find high quality talent. Talents easily find personally relevant jobs. The platform mediates between both sides. All this is possible through haidhunt's proprietary AI assistance systems.

With more open recruiting positions on linkedin than developer positions, companies struggle to acquire high quality talent, since no solution currently appreciates the complexity of talents’ profiles or companies’ problems, and, unlike a headhunter, scales to the needs of the company.

haidhunt automates the principles of headhunting: understanding the complexity, mediating the process, keeping both sides on eye-level and ultimately delivering high quality talent. haidhunt is capable of achieving this complex understanding with modern semantic AI and builds solutions on top to quickly match and mediate between both parties.

haidhunt disrupts the tradeoff for companies between effort put in and quality achieved, getting a leg up on its main competitors linkedin and honeypot.
